How to improve faster
1,000 hours with no reflection can lose to 200 hours of focused practice. These habits make the difference:
Rewatch every death
Ask: could I have avoided it? Almost always, with a ward or a safer position.
Stick to 2–3 heroes
Master a few instead of hopping between many.
One habit a week
Last hits this week, wards next week. One at a time.
Watch better players
Pick someone who plays your hero and copy their decisions.
Mind your mental game
When emotions start hurting your play, that's tilt — the biggest enemy of your progress, worse than any enemy hero.
Lost 3 in a row?
Stop for the day. Tired play only gets worse.
Don't blame teammates
You can only control yourself. Focus on what you can fix.
Rest is practice too
Take a walk, have a drink, come back once you're calm.
